The amount of acupuncture sessions necessary are completely dependent on the condition and whether it is acute or chronic, as well as compliancy of the patient.
The sooner you come in, the better and the closer we work together, the faster the results. This includes but is not limited to: diet adjustments, lifestyle changes and sticking to a consistant treatment schedule.

Yes! Be sure to eat a sustainable meal or snack before and after acupuncture and be adequately hydrated. Sometimes receiving a treatment without anything in our system can lead to nausea, dizziness and other undesirable symptoms.
Also be sure to wear comfortable clothing that allows the practitioner to easily access your legs, arms and abdomen.
Loose fitting pants and shirts are best!
You can also always bring a change of clothes.
